Construction


Façade
Hanging facade system, with heat and humidity isolation from BAUMIT and Agrob Buchtal. The outside walls are covered with brick-type chocolate coloured Klinker ceramic tiles which are combined with metal parapet railing. In order to contribute to the elegant look of the building, along the entire length on each level, there are integrated flower stands. This not only makes the building beautiful from the outside, but gives a great view to all inhabitants thanks to the all year round greenery which will be installed.

Water & Sewerage Systems
The system is of polypropylene pipes, the sewerage system - PVC pipes.
The gutters, as well as the drains are made of copper.


Heating & ventilation
The heating system is central. The equipment includes aluminum radiators, connected to a collective box with temperature meters for distance reading for each apartment. All apartments and offices have individual air-conditioning split systems of energy saving class A Mitsubishi Electronics.


External doors & windows
All doors and windows of the building are PVC and aluminum with wooden covering Golden Oak. The windows have three-chambered profiles with double-layer glass.
The terrace doors have Volkswagen-type opening foreseen.
The apartments doors are supplied with double steel armour and case locks DIERRE; cover material is wooden.


Finishing details & conveniences
The floors are completely finished with wooden parquet covering, Italian terracotta and granite.
The bathrooms and toilets are completely finished with Italian faience, shower cabin, toilet and bathroom accessories.
All apartments have the necessary switches, lighting, intercom, as well as complete cabling for internet, telephone and cable TV.
The apartments can be completely furnished with Italian furniture according to the example interior project.

The elevator offers direct access to the underground parking and basements.
The building has an elegant lobby area and offers concierge service.
A Cleaning & gardener storage room is foreseen, as well as a room for outdoor equipment storage.


The security of ONYX is assured with a 24-h video surveillance system. A conciege-door keeper will be available at the lobby for requests of the inhabitants.
