Wharehouse

The logistics center is located in Sofia, near “Botevgradsko shose" Road, which is the main road to the Ring-road of Sofia and leads to Sofia Airport. It consists of 750 sq.m built up area, 40 sq.m equipped office and 800 sq.m parking space, making loading and unloading services possible at ease. The warehouse is equipped with a security system, 24h-video surveillance, fire alert and has an option for security guards.

The construction of a 2nd warehouse space is coming up which shall have 1700 sq. m. built- up area and will include additional 2000 sq. m. office space which includes:

> 10-meter warehouse with 2 loading platforms; 1357 sq.m. built-up area
> 6-meter warehouse with 1 loading platform; suitable for freight with specific storage requirements;

   300 sq.m. built-up area
> office building with 16 offices, service premises, café and lobby; 2000 sq.m
