EMERALD is designed to ensure maximum security and calmness for the residents and guests.

Access to the separate residential sections is possible via the central lobby as well as by all the elevators from the parking area. Card access is assured to every section. 24 hour video surveillance is ensured for all the common areas, including  the gardens. Security guards are also at constant presence, as well as the door-keeper at the lobby.
